These batteries have balanced cells but just need a new BMS. The BMS units are not working. We cut open each battery and checked the cells to make sure they all have good voltage and are balanced. 4s lifepo4 BMS units are very cheap and we have them here on our website. The 30a BMS units would be nice to add to these and very easy since the balance lead wires are accessible.

These are popular batteries that are used in hospital medical carts. You can also top balance the batteries then series connect them into higher voltages, then add an overall BMS.
