24/48v 150w Battery Heating Pad Hi-Heat - Made in USA
These heating pads were recovered from our 24v Super Beast batteries. This is made specifically for lithium batteries. All you need is a relay to trigger this on and off when temperatures reach below freezing.
These are usually very expensive online but here just $6. They were all removed in working condition. Grab some while you can at this price, you never know when you'll need a heating pad for a project and these are one of the best you can get.
The pad is roughly 7" x 3"
You can series 2 of these together and they will work with 48v batteries.
1 of these will work in all voltage ranges of 7s lithium ion and 8s lifepo4. 2 in series will work with 13-14s lithium ion and 16s lifepo4 voltages.
In the 3rd photo you will see an example of a temperature relay that is programmable. These are readily available and can be used to trigger the heating pad on when the temperature drops below a certain threshold that you programmed. Just search for "24v temperature relay" and you will find a lot of them.
